Yes, our loans are interest-only, meaning you only pay interest each month while the principal is due at the end of the term. 

We release rehab funds in draws based on completed work. Once a phase is completed and verified, funds are disbursed quickly so you can keep your project moving forward. 

Extensions are available if needed. Contact us before your loan matures to discuss extension options.
